Background: Thomas Hofvenstam is the Co-Head of Triton’s Mid-Market Fund and a member of the Investment Advisory Committee for all TMM and TSM funds. He is also Head of the Nordics Region, overseeing Triton’s operations in the Netherlands. He joined Triton in 2012 from Ratos, where he was Investment Director. Tomás started his career at Enskilda (SEB) in 1994 as a Business Analyst, then worked as a Brand Manager for Arla Foods and a Senior Associate at Booz & Company. He holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from Uppsala University, and subsequently studied at Cornell University in the United States, where he obtained a Master’s and PhD in Finance. His academic background has laid a solid foundation for his success in the financial and cryptocurrency sectors, reflecting his deep understanding of the complexities of financial markets and his excellent analytical skills. Currently, Tomás is committed to promoting financial education for investors around the world, especially in the Latin American market, as CEO of Academia de Negocios Triton. Through innovative educational models, he helps students succeed in the complex and rapidly changing global financial markets, with a particular focus on private equity, green finance, fintech, cryptocurrency investment and other fields.

Background: Lucía, born in Bogotá, Colombia in 1995, resides in Buenos Aires. She graduated from Universidad Nacional de Colombia with a Bachelor’s in Finance and International Trade. Her career includes roles at Deloitte, focusing on Latin American risk assessment, and Goldman Sachs, researching green bonds. Joining Triton in November 2024, she assists Thomas Hofvenstam, collaborating on sustainable investing and fintech, supporting Latin American course localization. Lucía excels in data analysis and market research, passionate about advancing green finance through education.

Background: Master of Computer Science, blockchain technology expert, participated in the early development of Bitcoin and multiple cryptocurrency projects. He is responsible for designing the school's digital currency courses, turning complex technologies into practical teaching content.

Background: Master of Economics, 15 years of investment experience in Latin America, good at analyzing strategies for high-inflation economies. She leads the school's customized course projects in Argentina and Colombia, and is highly recognized by students.

Background: Valentina was born in Argentina in 1993 and lives in Buenos Aires. She graduated from the University of Humanities and Social Sciences (UBA) in Argentina with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance (Honors). Her career spanned EY, JP Morgan and Schroders, focusing on capital market analysis, Latin American SMEs and sustainable investing. She joined Triton in October 2024 as Thomas Hofweinstein Assistant, focusing on investments in healthcare and technology and participating in the development of a global small business fund. She specializes in corporate analysis and valuation and is passionate about cryptocurrencies and ESG investing.
